Gather your friends, pour a glass, and let us handle the rest. Our private DIY workshops are fun, social, and stress-free—everyone leaves with a one-of-a-kind wood piece and unforgettable memories.

 

How It Works

Hosting is easier than you think! All you need is:

• 3 ft. of space per person
• 1 outlet per 2 guests
• Two exterior doors or windows for ventilation

We’ll take care of everything else. Once your date is set, we’ll send you a private sign-up link where guests can:
✔️ Choose their product
✔️ Pick a design
✔️ Pay directly online

Before the party, we’ll confirm all proofs and answer any questions so your event runs seamlessly.

The Workshop Experience

Once we arrive (early, of course!), we’ll set everything up. When everyone’s ready—drinks in hand—we’ll walk the group through 4 simple steps:

1. Apply the vinyl stencil
2. Brush on our patent-pending char-goop-erie
3. Remove the stencil
4. Bring your design to life with a personal heat gun

✨ No carving. No stress. Just laughter, creativity, and memories.

Workshops are social events, not rushed projects. Plan for about 3 hours with groups of 10+.

Pricing

• $75–$95 per guest (based on product choice) Depending on stock availability we generally offer large charcuterie boards, cutting boards, trays and lazy Susan's.
• Host is FREE
• Minimum of 10 guests required to book
• If fewer than 10 attend, host is responsible for $65/pp up to 10
• Payment due at the workshop

Travel & Group Sizes

We love to travel across New England—including vacation homes in NH or Maine!

Travel Fee (from Wilmington, MA):

• 20–75 miles: $50
• 76–100 miles: $100
• 101–200 miles: $250

Guest Limit:

• Up to 25 guests max
• 10–15 guests: $50 additional group fee
• 15-25 guests: $100 additional group fee

Need a Venue?

Don’t have the perfect space? No problem! We partner with local small businesses that offer beautiful venues at little to no extra cost—and many allow catering. Hosting your event with them supports local entrepreneurs and keeps things stress-free for you.

Note: Any venue fees are the responsibility of the host and must be paid before guest registration opens.
