- Due to the nature of our business and the customization involved in our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please follow the process outlined in section 2.

- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- To initiate the process, please email us at kim@copperhearts.com providing your order details, including the purchase date, order number, and a description or photo of the damaged or defective product.
- Our customer support team will assess your case and guide you through the return and replacement process.
- Please note that you may be required to provide additional information or return the damaged or defective product, as deemed necessary by our customer support team.

CARE OF PRODUCT:
Each product is labeled with a care card and we also offer the information on our website. We choose Acacia and Mango wood for its beauty, durability, ease of care, and antimicrobial properties. Please follow the directions for a long and happy life.
While we do not offer refunds for our physical products, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with the product or have concerns, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
By using our website and purchasing our products, you signify your acceptance of this refund and returns policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or making a purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
